Compressed air condensate waste management

Simple and effective Compressed Air Condensate Management

Models shown - Puro Grand for larger installations up to 1,250 cfm and the Puro Mini for installations up to 125 cfm!

The PURO MINI is designed to separate oil from condensate that is extracted from compressed air systems. The PURO MINI condensate separator covers compressor capacities up to 125 cfm - 3.5 m³/min.

The GRAND is designed to separate oil from condensate that is extracted from compressed air systems. The GRAND condensate separator covers compressor capacities up to 1,250 cfm - 35 m³/min.
And there is the MIDI inbetween which covers compressor capacities up to 700 cfm - 20 m³/min. And bigger still is the GRAND EXTENDER ... ... ...

The separation method of the PURO MINI is the same as its larger family members and therefor offers true condensate separation values for the smaller compressor applications.

The typical output oil residue value is less than 10 ppm.

All PURO models can accept condensate discharge from intelligent drains, timer drains, float drains and manual drains.

About ½ a litre of oil is approximately the amount a well maintained cool running modern 300 cfm screw compressor will use in a month working a standard 40 hour per week shift. High operating temperatures and the condition of the compressor filters and the separator will all affect the amount of oil the compressor will pass down the line. Putting oil contaminated waste into an unsuitable drain or letting it run on the floor can be a serious health and safety hazard as well as attracting the attention of the authorities - and a fine of up to £20,000!

.

The life of the poly absorbent element is determined by the amount of oil contained in the condensate, not by the amount of condensate.
